This notice explains how VECTORSQUEVectoresque Oy Oy (Business ID 3645593-9, Helsinki area, Finland) processes personal data collected through vectoresque.fi. Vectoresque Oy is the controller for this processing under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, organisation, email address, the topic and timeline you select, and the message you write. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers or fingerprinting on this site.

Why we process it, and on what basis

We use the details solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and prepare a possible engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and — where you are asking us to prepare an offer — steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

Who can see it

Enquiries are read by Vectoresque personnel only. We use ordinary business service providers to transmit and store messages, for example a form-delivery service and an email provider, acting as processors on our behalf. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Where it is stored

Enquiry data is stored within the EU/EEA wherever our providers allow it. If a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, that transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Where an engagement follows, related correspondence is retained for the duration of the client relationship and for the period required by Finnish accounting and contractual obligations.
